Bleiben Sie up-to-date
Wow, what a year full of challenges and ups and downs! 2020 was certainly not a year for any of us as we had imagined it! This year we have been amazed by our clients, candidates, and business partners for the resolve, creativity, and fighting spirit that they have shown time and again in these very unusual and difficult times.
I’ve been working in IT-Recruitment for the past 20 years and I’ve stuck with it simply because I love working with and helping people. The constant challenges, never-ending learning curve and bringing brilliant companies together with brilliant talent fulfils and motivates me.
2019 was Citrus’ 10th year in business! Anyone who has built a business from scratch will know exactly what this milestone means to me and the team.
Wow, congratulations to Christof Hupp who celebrates 5 years with Citrus today! Christof is an all-round good guy and a constant high achiever, especially during the last 3 years where he has played a key role in the success of Citrus.
We´re thrilled to introduce our new colleague Dominik Dressel who joins our growing team as a Recruitment Specialist. In his previous role Dominik gained valuable IT-recruitment experience working for a large international recruitment consultancy. Good luck in your new role Dominik, we´re delighted to have you on board!
Wow, another year gone by! As 2018 draws to a close we look back at our biggest year to date. A year, that starting with our office move back in February, has been all about positive change!
We’re thrilled to announce that Christof Hupp has been promoted to Senior Consultant. Since joining Citrus almost 4 years ago he has experienced all the ups and downs the IT-recruitment industry has to offer.
We’re looking forward to welcoming our new colleague Phil Schlereth to Citrus in November. Like us Phil has a real interest in people and after completing a Bachelor in Psychology he has decided to pursue a career in IT-Recruitment.
Christof, aus unserem Team, hat am 02.06.2018 die Liebe seines Lebens, Leonie, in seiner wunderschönen Heimat Würzburg geheiratet!
I was 18 when I left Scotland for Munich with a small suitcase and 310 pounds in my pocket. I didn’t speak a word of German and in a country like Germany, where academic qualifications are very important (I left school at 16 with absolutely none and I´m dyslexic), people could have been forgiven for giving me, at most, a very slim chance of survival.
Ein Interview mit Christof Hupp (Consultant, seit 3,5 Jahren bei Citrus) über seine Sichtweise und seinen Weg in der IT-Personalberatung.
As far as I’m concerned, moving is generally a horrible business. Upheaval, packing and unpacking boxes and lots of stress.
